Access to Justice
The access to justice gap is structural.
5.7 million SMEs are 99.85% of all UK businesses. 32% hit a legal issue every year. Only 25% get professional help. For individuals, more than 6 million adults have unmet legal needs annually, a third to a half of civil cases involve at least one self-represented party, and solicitor fees consume the entire claim in the £10,000 to £25,000 range.

Critical Differentiator
Confidentiality by design.
GoLitigo is designed to preserve legal professional privilege where it applies, and to keep your work confidential by default. That is not true of ChatGPT, Claude, or other consumer AI tools used for legal work.
Consumer AI tools
No privilege. No certainty.
- Destroys legal privilege if used for solicitor-client work.
- Conversations may be used for AI training.
- Subject to third-party data requests and disclosure.
- No duty of confidentiality over your inputs.
GoLitigo platform
Confidential. By design.
- Built to keep your work private.
- Built for England and Wales civil litigation.
When you use ChatGPT, Claude, or other consumer AI services for legal work, your conversations and documents are not confidential, may be used for training, and cannot carry legal professional privilege. If your communication would otherwise have been privileged, sending it to a consumer AI service destroys that privilege.
GoLitigo is built differently. Your data is never used for training. Your work is treated as confidential by default. And when you obtain advice from a solicitor through GLEAN, the solicitor-client communication is privileged in the ordinary way. GoLitigo's confidentiality regime is designed not to undermine that privilege.
The GoLitigo Promise
Five binding commitments.
How we handle your work, how we handle your data, and what we commit to in writing. These five commitments apply to every GoLitigo product, every user, every matter.
01. Data Integrity
Never used to train AI.
Your matter data is never used to train our models or anyone else's. Permanent, contractual, auditable. No data resale, ever.
02. Ownership
Your matter is yours.
Owned, exportable, deletable. No lock-in. No hostage data. You can leave any time and take everything with you.
03. Privilege
We don't undermine yours.
Where your work attracts legal professional privilege, our confidentiality regime is designed not to disturb it. Consumer AI tools cannot say the same.
04. Transparency
Outcomes published.
Outcome data published regularly so users can see what GoLitigo does and does not deliver, by product.
05. Security
Enterprise-grade roadmap.
SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 are on the security roadmap. Encryption in transit and at rest. UK data residency.
Five commitments. Binding. In writing.
How GLEAN works
GLEAN.
The GoLitigo Expert Adviser Network. AI produces the draft. Verified advisers handle the matters that need professional backing. Coverage compounds with every routed case.
01.
Draft
Use a GoLitigo product to draft your matter or document. Work is confidential and privileged where applicable, and never used to train models.
02.
Qualify
GoLitigo identifies whether your matter needs professional backing, review, or representation.
03.
Route
You are introduced to a verified adviser with the right specialism and regulatory authorisation.
04.
Engage
You instruct the adviser directly. They bill you on their terms. GoLitigo does not take a cut of the matter.
For Lawyers
Two routes for legal professionals.
GoLitigo works with legal professionals two ways. GL Adviser is the practice management platform for small law firms: matter management, document automation, time recording, and unlimited AI document generation, priced at £99 for the first user and £69 per additional user per month. GLEAN is the introduction network: AI-drafted matters routed from GoLitigo's consumer and SME products to verified advisers who buy credits to receive them.
Both routes are open. Practices use GL Adviser to run their firm; the same practices can sit in GLEAN to receive qualified introductions. White-label deployment of GoLitigo tools under your own brand is also available.
In-house teams and fractional GCs: GL Counsel is the same platform reconfigured for your context.
Why GoLitigo
Built for England and Wales. Nothing else.
The problem with generic AI for legal work
Generic AI gets legal work wrong.
- Confidently cites non-existent cases.
- Invents legal principles that do not exist.
- Misses CPR and jurisdiction-specific requirements.
- Produces American-style documents.
- Cannot track court deadlines or limitation periods.
The GoLitigo difference
Every workflow built for England and Wales.
- Confidential by default, privilege not undermined where it applies.
- CPR-compliant document templates.
- Source referencing on all outputs.
- GLEAN review and routing from verified advisers.
- Structured workflows for actual procedures.
- Deadline tracking and limitation period alerts.
Important Information
Questions and disclosures.
GoLitigo is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Our platform offers information, tools, and document assistance to help you understand and navigate legal processes. No solicitor-client relationship is created by using GoLitigo. Advisers in GLEAN are independent practitioners. For complex matters or where significant sums are at stake, we recommend seeking independent legal advice from a qualified solicitor. GoLitigo is not regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
